I use to work for this company and these people are crooks. Don't let them take your items please. They will lose and steal your items.They hire a lot of Spanish people who barely know any English to grab and clean your stuff. They also don't pay a lot of the folks when these people decide to leave or quiet. They get over on them because they can't speak English. A lot of the people that decided to leave or quite don't get their last paychecks. Please take your business elsewhere, they don't care about your items or you. Absolutely awful. When I had a flood, this is the reclamation team my insurance shode. It took them over a month to actually pickup all of my damages items (after no showing at previously set times the week before). Then I just didn't hear ANYTHING from them and neither did my insurance who put in a complaint against them. They would not answer phone calls and almost never email back. I know they still had my stuff, because they used the Spotify connected to my damages TV. Many things we're missing but they wanted to give me $50 for something that was worth over $200. They claimed they weren't on the list but I got my cheaper ones back from them and they claimed they weren't on the list either. Not happy with their service. I didn't get paid back for anything that was missing.
