I had a botch Groupon balayage with copper tone. The copper was too intense for my cool and fair tone. I was embarrassed to go out. Even though she was booked, Cue was empathetic and worked me in the day that I called. I was floored by her kindness! She is an excellent communicator and has a calm energy. She checked in with me through the process. She could explain what happened, and what my options were going forward. I felt taken care of and safe. I'm now a brunette with shimmering copper highlights. I love it, and I'm sold on this salon.

I have been using this salon for quite a few years, six or seven at least. I highly recommend them. The owner is one of the most talented hairdressers I've ever used. And my hair is not easy to understand. Prices are quite reasonable, the location is central. The ambience is nice, and you get a terrific haircut.

I waited two weeks for my appointment to have this exceptional long time hairstylist style my hair. Some context: since I lost my hairstylist five years ago, I’ve been hopping salons. Why? They either leave or have not done a good job on my hair or I don’t like their personalities. But the Babooshka hairstylist is an excellent hairstylist. She did exactly what I wanted done and gave me some valuable haircare advise. Her salon is filled with religious artifacts and plants from friends and customers. But they’re there just to decorate her salon because her hope for humanity is that they get along! Maybe, just maybe she will be my forever hairstylist!! (I snapped one...read full review
