Eryn was a great massage therapist. She helped answer a ton of questions from me IN ADDITION to my regular treatment. I had never had cupping treatment before and it was included as an option with a massage with Eryn. I was deeply curious but also a bit skeptical. As a pretty active person, I know people say it helps, but I wasn’t sure. Eryn was so professional and walked me through the process, talked to me about care afterwards and even texted me following the treatment to check in. A+
Did the private couples massage class with Eryn as a Valentine’s gift to my S/O and can I just say it was phenomenal?! Eryn spent a good amount of time asking us what we wanted out of the class and then tailored it to our specific needs. As a chronic pain sufferer, it was so sweet and helpful to have her walk my S/O through how to help me, and make sure that he was doing it properly! We learned so much and I absolutely loved and appreciated the opportunity to both practice being massaged and massaging one another. Shes also SO knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all of the questions I had ?
Eryn Hays LMT was able to use trigger point release on my shoulder and provide pain relief from the back pain I have been suffering from for four years after seeking out multiple forms of alternative healthcare/therapy ?? I would recommend A Touch of Peace to absolutely anyone and everyone❣️❣️
