I absolutely love the community that Amanda and Colton have built at Satya! It is so accepting and makes me feel so welcomed. The yoga classes are so peaceful and the music is amazing! As the newest member of the kirtan band I already feel so welcomed and confident in sharing my voice with this community. I love this place so much. It is a place to just be yourself. No one is judging you, we want to see who you are and what you bring to the table. Thank you yoga studio Satya! We love you!!

Wow!!! Just wow!!!
This studio feels like stepping into a little sanctuary outside of time. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that the space is intentional, grounded, warm, and held with care.
I deeply appreciate the variety of classes they offer. Whether I’m needing something soft and regulating or something strong and activating, there’s always a container that meets me exactly where I am. That in itself feels like medicine.
