I had an incredible class with the endlessly amazing Briana! I can’t recommend her class enough. She will take you on a journey through your own being and you’ll leave feeling lighter and yet more grounded. Her workshops are also incredibly fulfilling and informative.
Today’s class incorporated TRE Neurogenic techniques. The instructor explained the concept and guided us in a supportive way. It was one of the most extraordinary experiences I have ever had in yoga. The teacher Deb, is amazing. She generously shares her knowledge, positive energy and light. Truly inspiring! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to practice!
This was my first yoga for the elements. I was not sure what to expect but afterwards I felt energized and relaxed. Carol did a great job talking us through each movement and which pressure points triggered what detox. I will be back for more!
