I love coming to my Iyengar yoga classes at Root: Center for Yoga & Sacred Studies. All the teachers are well trained and certified and pay attention to the needs of every student. I love the clear instructions and attention to detail you can only find in an Iyengar yoga class. So thankful for yoga in my life!
I can’t believe how blessed I am to be part of such a loving space. I started my sound healing practice here several months ago and feel like this is my new home- a true authentic sanctuary of peace and healing. This is the definition of community and holistic healing.Thank you Root Yoga!!♥️
I love teaching at Root. All the instructors here are really first rate. I’ve added some photos from my “Gentle Iyengar Yoga” class which is appropriate for people who have some physical issues that respond to a slower pace, or need modifications.
