I see Dr. Scott Rezac at Rezac Physical Therapy and I feel very fortunate to be under his care. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and consistently patient-centered in his approach. He takes the time to truly listen and thoughtfully adapts treatment when challenges arise, which has made me feel supported and respected as a patient.
Dr. Scott has been kind, attentive, and proactive when I have encountered complex medical situations. I especially appreciate that he has taken the initiative to communicate with my other providers to help ensure continuity of care and has shared helpful resources and information when appropriate. His professionalism and genuine concern for his patients truly stand out.
I also really appreciate the clinic as a whole. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the billing department has been helpful in explaining insurance processes and challenges whenever I’ve had questions.
Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the care I have received at Rezac Physical Therapy. The support and expertise provided by Dr. Scott has made a meaningful and positive difference in my quality of life.

From the front desk to the doctors everyone is exceptional. However Dr. Schwaller is my constant go to. His level of professionalism and knowledge is above all. Regardless of whom you pick you’ll be very well off.

Words cannot even express how amazing these people are at Rezac and Associates. From the front desk staff, who often had to help me navigate and sort out insurance issues with long term physical therapy and always had a smile to welcome you in. To the therapists themselves. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Nick, Dr. Jacob and Shelby. They take the time to listen to you and I mean actually listen to you. If you aren’t feeling as good on that day as your norm, they adjust their treatment. The treatments are based on YOU and your signs and symptoms that are due to certain condition(s). This is not cookie cutter physical therapy. In the beginning, at my initial appointment, Dr. Nick told me he would get me off my walking sticks. In dealing with vestibular, neurological, visual and other physical disorders, I had gotten to the point I could not walk more than a few feet without the assistance of walking sticks. Well, I didn’t believe him. As I had been dealing with these issues for almost 4 years and had seen 6 different other physical therapists in those years. No one could figure out what was wrong, let alone how to help me. Well after about 8 months of working with these 3, I no longer needed those walking sticks and I am back to doing things I never thought possible. I would highly recommend seeing any one of the therapists here.

All of the physical therapists that worked with me were really great. The receptionists are nice and friendly. But when you go there the first time, make sure you ask about billing and insurance coverage. My first six visits were early in 2025 and I was only being charged the $35 co-pay. After ending treatment, I was slapped with a bill to cover the deductible. Now it is later in the year and I have met my deductible via other services, but I still have to make up the deductible I wasn't being charged in February. I wish they had charged me the whole price from the beginning so that I would have known what I was getting into -- and had been informed that they are out of my insurance network. Screwy bookkeeping system. Dishonest, or just dumb? Live and learn.

Both of my parents have been going to Rezac for about a year now for separate needs (my dad for PT tailored to his traumatic brain injury, and my mom for training/PT for a knee injury), & I’m blown away at the progress they’ve made thus far. My dad had his brain injury nearly 13 years ago, and I’ve seen him make more progress in the last year with Rezac than in all of the time after his injury combined. My mom has nothing but incredible things to say about the workout classes they offer, as well as their PT sessions. Nick, Shelby, Cam, & Leanne have all been a godsend for my family. I can’t recommend the experts at Rezac enough!

So I have only just begun my journey with Rezac. At my first visit, I was extremely pleased and impressed to see that ALL the therapists employed here are full on doctors. That is a first - I have never been to a PT facility where this is the case. I have been dealing with fibromyalgia and other various similar conditions for going on 8 years. I have felt so unheard, misunderstood, and alone during the majority of this time. I realized not too long ago that I’d pretty much given up on finding caregivers in any capacity that would actually hear me. Until I recently found a pain management doctor who LISTENED to me and HEARD what I had to say, and TOGETHER we came up with a treatment plan that was to both our satisfaction. After reading all of the amazing reviews here, I am beyond confident I have found one more facility where I will be listened to and heard, and most importantly, HELPED. This is beyond relieving and hopeful, this is a miracle! I have seen many physical therapists over the years. One had the nerve to tell me I was a waste of insurance money because I was a “continuous” patient who did not show signs of improvement but rather necessitated ongoing maintenance. I was absolutely shocked. Needless to say, that was my last visit. I have never had an experience quite like this with any previous physical therapy establishment. Rezac is truly one of a kind. If you are lucky enough to be referred here, or have the option to choose this place, YOU ARE IN WONDERFUL HANDS! Reading these reviews gives me great hope that there is not only room for actual improvement but possibly long term relief and I don’t have to just live with this pain for the rest of my life. I am beyond excited to get going on my treatment journey here! Will update after a few visits. To those reviewers who complained about a long wait time, well, you usually “get what you pay for” so to speak, as has been my experience thus far in life. Of course it’s not ideal to wait when in pain, but it shows how in demand these professionals are, which must mean they are not just good at what they do, but great. I have found the same to be true with massage therapists for example. Those who have a month + wait are the ones you want. Those who have same day availability? Well, best of luck to you my friend! So far, I have worked with both Dr. Kylie and Dr. Nick, and they have helped me SO much in just a few visits. Truly excited to see where their treatment journey takes me! Thank you Rezac! 😊

I have been post therapy since July 2024 and I'm so grateful for the help I received at this clinic. Dr. Nick and Kylie helped me recover from a couple of bad falls I had. They were able to help me improve my balance issues, they are very skilled dealing with hypermobility. I also have some simple tools to use on a weekly basis so I can keep my mobility and hopefully avoid any more falls. Excellent staff and a huge variety of tools made this a wonderful experience, thank you.

I hope this doesn't have a word/character count because I may max it out.
TLDNR - I do not believe that I would have received the appropriate medical treatment & post-op care if it weren't for the team & business culture created at Rezac.
A much longer story shorter, I had previously been treated for planars facitis by a podiatrist. Those treatments were not working, which brought me to seeing Nick at Rezac. (Read on for the real issue!)
When I started seeing Nick, I was extremely skeptical. That changed quickly as it became clear that I was not going to be treated like a 'cog in a machine'. We discussed my issues and what treatments were working/nor working (treatments because I can't think of a better word). Those treatments by the way... I think we may have run them all down.
Just when I was starting to feel very disenfranchised as my issue was still unresolved, Nick showed me a picture of something he found that resembled my problem. That's right folks - he took the time to dig in and research what I was experiencing outside of our sessions! It is called tarsal tunnel syndrome.
Empowered with this knowledge, I found a podiatrist who was willing to listen both myself and Nick to perform the release surgery. (Who doesn't love feeling heard and seen by your medical providers!!)
Fast forward, the surgery recovery time was long. However, Nick and the team at Rezac were right there to get me to the otherside.
Recently I was in Korea, with some of the most uneven sidewalks I have ever encountered. I found myself transported back to my therapy. If it hadn't been for the team at Rezac, I do not believe I could have handled those streets.
Lastly, and probably most importantly, I understand that the level of care I received could never have happened if it wasn't for the culture that the owners created. From the people working reception, to the other PTs, to the interns, there is a clear mission objective to truly take care of people. No matter your issue, no matter your background, the team would do their best to make you feel welcome and assist you getting back to where you wanted to be functionally.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about them (clearly). Should I find myself in need of assistance again, I know exactly who I will be contacting.
