Rehab For All

Its been a month since I took my son out from rehab for all and it was the best decision I ever made. When my son was attending they said he would be starting from 8-5 but that would happen like once a week and not even that, They would cancel on us 10 minutes before I had to drop him off. They were always short staffed and used that as an excuse. In one of These reviews, you’ll see a parent complaining about the staff not learning who parents are. I had a similar issue where one of the RBTs almost handed me a child that wasn’t mine because she said I looked like his mom. If i didn't say that I wasn't his mom I could have taken him and they wouldn't have known! There was also a case where my son was wearing hey dudes and they decided to tie it like if it was an actual shoe when I took his shoes off his foot was so red almost purple! My son is nonverbal and cant say when things are hurting. The last thing I had a big issue was when they figured I was taking my son out. They treated me different. They talked to me with No respect and in one particular message, they claimed since your child isn’t a client anymore he is no longer a priority and he still had a week left! So he was still a client until the end date we gave them

Please dont consider this place for your children.

This place is amazing. They always take great care of the children. Everyone is always so nice and respectful. I've never had a bad experience at this facility. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for help for their loved ones. Thanks guys.

Unbelievable people dedicated to making others lives better!

Rehab for All is one of the best companies I have ever worked for! The leadership is excellent and really listens to the staff. You always have a direct line to the COO and CEO and they are always willing to help no matter what it is. I have never worked for a company where I have felt more heard. I love my job and truly am eager to come to work every day.

I need to express my serious concerns regarding several unprofessional practices I have encountered at Rehab For All My interactions with the director have been deeply concerning. On multiple occasions, the director has demonstrated a lack of familiarity with basic client information, including parents' names and account details. This lack of organization is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the security and proper management of client accounts. Furthermore, I am deeply troubled by the director's apparent ability to unilaterally revoke access to my child's account without providing any evidence or justification. This arbitrary exercise of power is both unacceptable and potentially harmful. The communication from the director and other staff has consistently been unprofessional and dismissive. Requests for clarification and factual information regarding allegations made against me have been met with rudeness and a lack of substantive response.

Incredible organization that cares about it's employees and clients. This is, by far, the BEST ABA clinic I've ever worked at. I couldn't ask to be on a better team.

Expect to have leadership lie to you about RBT's cancelling on you to cover their own scheduling mistakes. Highest turnover out of any company in this field, they constantly abuse and do not treat their workers and therapist well. They constantly keep workers under 40 hours a week so they don't have to pay them as much and offer minimal benefits to their workers. This poor treatment of their own workers will translate into to poor care for your kids or whoever needs therapy. It is clear that Rehab for All is more focused on profit than helping the community, and I would never recommend people to receive therapy through this shady company.

My husband had a stroke and he received OT, PT, & SP! The amazing therapist was compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable! I would never hesitate to use this company again!
