When other companies wouldn’t come out, he adjusted his schedule to inspect our property and get us a quote quickly, even though we were outside their usual service area. I called for a quote regarding some damage from clogged downspout drains as well as some scaling and pitting for my driveway, steps, and porch. Within a few days, they were out to give me a quote. Walked around my whole house and gave me a couple of tips regarding other things they saw unrelated to the cement issues they came out for. After walking around the house and discussing a few things, I was given the name of a product, how to use it, and told that it would be much cheaper for me to do it myself.
