My daughter and I had some bonding time here. We decided to do the infrared sauna. Absolutely loved it! Our first time here, and definitely not our last. Ladies are wonderful, and we felt so comfortable, and enjoyed the experience!

I have been a client for 2+ years. I go back for the best service and results in town. I am treated with the utmost respect. The equipment is top of the line with full training. So clean, so much information to be given when asking questions. Even sympathetic when you come in and are having a hard day. I wouldn't go anywhere else and will continue to grow old with the health benefits and relief given. I have not only learned so much on how to help my body, but I see the results too. This place is a godsend for muscle recovery. The cryotherapy chamber is the best solution I've found to battle muscle soreness and speed recovery. The staff here are always super friendly and the facility is always clean. Just don't be alarmed at the George Costanza moment you'll have afterwards...SHRINKAGE!!!
