I was quite alarmed to find the hot water tank leaking in my rental. I'm relieved to say that my property manager at Muldoon took immediate action. A skilled (and very kind) plumber showed up promptly, and by the end of the day I had a new hot water tank operating safely. I'm so delighted by how quickly my concern was resolved!
Every time I talk to Kirk, he always has answers to my questions. The first time I sat down with him, I was very anxious, especially because I do sales and worried he would see me as someone trying to market and not actually shop.
He treated me like a real customer despite my position and everything else he walked me through the process and coached me on the next steps. We haven't purchased yet, but I know I will go through Muldoon because of Kirk.
I'll update this review when we purchase, I hope 2025!
Two days before Thanksgiving our furnace went out. Muldoon Associates got a technician out to our house THE SAME DAY we contacted them about the issue. It was fully replaced within 24 hours! They acted fast, professional, and had incredible communication with us. As a tenant of a rental property in their care, I know we'll be taken care of.
