We had Leon come out and spray for spiders! He was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable with his treatment and advice. We’ve had Mug a Bug out several times and they’ve always been great!
We switched from Omni to these guys and couldnt be happier! They are so friendly and helpful. Jeremy is an awesome guy and I dont dread his visits like I have with other pest guys. We have not seen any activity in our house and they have helped tremendously with our wasp problem! We are new homeowners and they did a termite inspection for us last year before we signed up for their quartlery treatments because we were paranoid and dont know what to look for and they were so friendly and didnt make me feel stupid. They were also very thorough. Im so glad we switched to Mug-A-Bug!
Our tech was great! He was thorough and quick which helps with having pets and kids in the home. He took the time to explain about certain bugs we had questions on. We had a great experience!
