MBI - Previously Workwell Colorado Springs

I came to this location because I had a bad experience getting my blood drawn at a different MBI location. As someone who has a huge fear of needles and the blood drawing experience, these ladies were super professional, kind and accommodating. I asked if I could sit during the blood draw because I was afraid of passing out if I laid down. She said yes and brought in another coworker to talk to me while I was getting my blood drawn. Everyone was so sweet! Thank you guys

Brett is an excellent physical therapist. Needle point therapy has drastically improved my condition. He is thorough and works with what you’re capable of and helps improve posture and old bad habits. I highly recommend MBI for rehabilitation. Excellent staff and doctors!

These people are terrible. Sat in a waiting room for 2 hours for a simple dot med card physical

So, I come into this location for the first time today and can happily say it will be my last. There was a heavier set woman with bright red hair at the receptionist desk named melody; let me tell you she was anything but. No greeting, no smile just an unpleasant demeanor. I tell her I need to see a doctor for a workman’s comp injury and showed her the doctors that were on my doctor panel list from my job and she looks at me unmannerly and says “these doctors don’t work here.” I ignore her discourteous comment and she finally decides to hand me a paper to fill out. As I was filling out the paper she asks me “what is my injury?” And I reply “allergies” and she gives me the most unpleasant face. She looked as if her lunch from earlier was coming up, repulsed by the rancid taste in her mouth decides to swallow only to be left with the sickening residue in her mouth. Unwilling to stay any longer I walk up to the desk and tell her “I am going to another location your attitude is disgusting. “ proceeding to walk out in response I hear her manically laughing. Her laugh echos through the small building overpoweringly accelerating throughout the vicinity like a plague. She could give the wicked witch from wizard of oz a run for her money. Leaving out the door from her ear piercing laugh I thought to myself she should consider getting a job more suitable for her poor attitude in greeting people. I think something along the lines of McDonalds. Fast food workers can yell at me all they want as long as they put the fries in the bag. Although this was an awful experience at this place I am sure Jesus loves her. Not all his children are considered a blessing to us.

I am currently a patient at MBI, and my experience continues to be truly exceptional. The entire team is professional, compassionate, and highly organized, which gives me confidence and peace throughout my care.

I especially want to recognize Ashley Whittaker, whose warmth, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impact during her time here. Even though she has since relocated to California, the quality of care she provided set a positive standard that I continue to feel throughout the clinic.

I also want to highlight Brett Haeuptle, who consistently goes above and beyond. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and treats me with genuine respect. His thoughtful and patient approach helps me feel supported and well-guided throughout the healing process.

In addition, I have had positive interactions with Steve Sambrano and Nicholle Jameson, both of whom are helpful, friendly, and professional. Their willingness to assist and answer questions contributes to the welcoming and reassuring environment that MBI provides.

I truly feel seen and valued here—not just as a case, but as a whole person. I am grateful for the excellent care I am receiving and highly recommend MBI.

Dr Park and Paula should have their license revoked due to gross neglience, I went to this clinic after a serious injury lowering a 500lb brace by a crane a strong wind gust slung it violently missed my co worker by inches and struck me . As a result of Dr Park and Paula refusing to treat me because they were clouding with my employer I was left untreated until an MRI was approved by a wonderful caring Dr . I had a torn labrum and lots of nerve damage to my entire right side back and Hip and leg and now I drag my right foot . Paula was asking my employer what they wanted her write on the report how does someone so corrupt sleep at night ? No conscience no integrity.

These guys were great. Fast appointment. Directly to physical therapy the same day. Friendly and considerate. Certainly recommended for occupational health.

This is a horrible place Dr park and Paula are colluding with the employer when I was brought to this clinic Paula asks my employer what do you want me to write as a report never checked me and just made a report of a bunch of lies saying I was fine there was nothing wrong with me . Dr Park is a liar and colludes with the employers insurance they don't have a conscience these people are as low form of life as possibly could exist they need their medical license stripped from them this place needs to be under investigation they care less about a person's injury . If your employer brings you to this clinic you need to ask to be transferred immediately. Thanks to them my recovery was delayed because of their disgusting unprofessionalism and I had substantial injuries to my hip and and back now I drag my foot when I walk these people need to be investigated seriously.

Back in July 2024, I tore my Labrum and went to MBI for my Workers Comp claim. I worked with Ashlyn and the crew and they were on top of my care. I had surgery on October 3rd and have been recovering quickly! Brett/Physical Therapist is AWESOME! Ashlyn/Physician Assistant is AMAZING! Brittani, Brigid, Steve and Ebony are THE BEST! Highly recommend this clinic! Thanks for everything guys! 🤗🙂
