Rose is amazing! I drove 5 hours round-trip for her #chi Envirocare keratin treatment, and it was totally worth it. She's incredibly skilled, and my hair looks and feels fantastic! I can't see going to anyone else but Rose!

I booked an appointment here with Richard after seeing what a fantastic job he did with my mother-in-law's haircut. I have a lot of really thick hair, and it's really hard to get a haircut that doesn't puff out or get in my face. I dread haircuts because they typically don't turn out well, and overall, my hair really frustrates me.Richard is incredibly skilled and very thoughtful, he asked questions to understand what needed to be done, and took the time to look at my hair from different angles. Walked around And they didn't tell me it was closing in 20 mins and every employee hid from me so they didn't have to tell me the fitting rooms were closed. Kicked us out and didn't let us go through the door we came in so we had to walk all the way around the mall
