My pondless water feature is perfect! Great response, fabulous design, and I get to enjoy the sound of water in my patio! And no more mosquito breeding grounds from the old pond. It’s not cheap but you want something well designed and constructed. You can’t go wrong with this Hiner company!

Marshall and the team at Hiner Outdoor Living did a fantastic job on our front and back yards. From the design to installation the whole experience was wonderful. We could not be any happier with our yard. Marshall was great to work with, he was super easy to communicate with, and he really listened to what we wanted and built out and implemented a great design. There are many companies that can landscape a yard, but when it comes to creating an inviting outdoor space, these are your guys. Hiner turned our bland landscaping into an amazing outdoor escape. When we first met with Hiner’s Designer, Sam, we only had a basic idea and a few pictures of what we wanted. He created a comprehensive design that artfully utilized the natural grade and existing features in our yard. A few weeks later, Ethan and his fantastic crew arrived and turned that plan into a reality. The new focal point of our backyard space is a pond-less water feature with a patio and fire pit. Water features are very difficult to get right. It’s obvious that Hiner’s team specializes in building these beautiful, natural-looking features which requires experience and an artistic eye. Look no further than Hiner’s YouTube channel to see for yourself. We enjoyed watching every step of the process, especially when Ethan and Marshall carefully selected and placed every boulder in our new stream. The whole process was extremely professional and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We can’t wait for spring to come so we can get back outside!

Wow!!! These guys totally nailed it… turning a plane jane grass space into a total outdoor living space oasis … the whole process was seamless and the outcome totally exceeded expectations. The entire crew at Hiner is 5 star and a special shout out to marshal Omar and his crew!!!! I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again.

Being a small business owner myself, I value in supporting other local small businesses. I understand that the customer service industry can have its challenges, so I remained patient and understanding throughout the process.Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with Hiner as they failed to fully fulfill their commitments. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed, to the point where I had to request for the owner/supervisor to visit the site in-person to assess the quality of the workmanship; which ended up resulting in a complete demolition and redo of that area.I wish it didn't have to escalate to that point, this was the first time I've experienced feeling consistently disregarded as a client, considering it was a substantial $100,000 backyard project. As a result, I have decided to hire a different contracting team to finish the remainder of our backyard.

The tech spent a great deal of time emptying our pond and power washing the rocks to clean them of all of the algae He answered all of my questions and did a great job of putting the net on for winter. I will for sure use them again.
