I cannot say a enough good things about Danielle. She is a hair magician!!! I showed a pic of what I wanted at another salon and they turned my hair red. I came to Danielle and my hair literally looks like the pic!!!! Most people say you won't get an exact , but she can. I've never been this happy with my hair.

Summer is a true artist, both with color and haircuts/styling. I have been going to her for about two years now, and have asked for everything from golden blonde to grey to "please help me fix my effed up hair" when I bleached it myself (and she doesn't shame you like some stylists do when you cut or color your own hair). Vivid colors are her thing, but she is ABSOLUTELY a blonde specialist too. She knows what she's doing, is willing to take the time, and the results are fantastic. I also have very thick, medium length hair, and it is hard to find someone who knows how to cut thick hair so that it doesn't end up looking like a triangle. Book Summer if you're searching. You won't be disappointed.

i booked online. Chantel messaged me. i sent her pictures and she said she could do my hair in the time frame I scheduled it for 1:30 to 5pm. At1218 pm on the day of the appt chantel messaged me and wanted to reschedule my appointment for 2pm. I agreed and said I would get lunch for my daughter and I and be there At 2pm. When I showed up my daughter (who is 5 in kindergarten and very used to long hair appts with me) sat down and started coloring in the sitting room and she had other modes of quiet entertainmen. i rang the bell cuz tell walked out and told me she want ready yet. So I waited with my daughter quietly. Then Chantelle came back to the sitting are and asked me to come back. My daughter stayed sitting in the sitting room, coloring. After Chantelle looked at my hair she suddenly told me that she "might be able to do half of the foils I needed done." Because "having a child was a " liability", she wouldnt have time. After rescheduling me on her own. I am a busy business woman I scheduled on a weekend for complete results not partial. I don't have time to come back constantly. Personally it's my opinion with regards to foils that Chandt didn't examine the images I sent her enough and was u def prepared for the task she chose to undertake. I've had other true artists be able to nail my look in one sitting with no foils, in the last location I lived with no issues that suddenly my child was the issue. i left the meeting because in my opinion my results were not attainable with this artist. The company then billed me $97.50 for a cancelled appointment, that I believe could have been avoided of a waste of my time had chantell actually known what she was doing and had better time management skills.

I haven't done my hair in years and took a leap of faith since I follow one of the hair dressers on Instagram and loved her work, so hey I went with it. We had a consultation so she can have a CLEAR understanding of exactly what I wanted. On the day of my appointment I had to wait 15 minutes for the hair dresser to come and grab me (I should've known that was a sign). The inspiration I was going for was to fully still be a brunette, add money pieces to the front, and a slight sun kissed look to brighten up my look. I sat in the chair for almost 4 hours. When I finally got to look at my self in the mirror I was so puzzled as to what I was looking at because it was no where near what I anticipated. My hair was a orange/copper mess as well as my "money pieces." I got in contact with the stylist and she was kind enough to tell me to come back in so she can tone down my hair. At the same time the manager contacted me we spoke on the phone and she was very rude, unprofessional, and demeaning. She kept trying to tell me that my hair looked the way it did because my hair was black, in which, it's not! I informed her I wasn't happy with my hair because I have had blonde pieces in my hair before with no problem, but she kept dismissing my comments and saying they couldn't give me blonde or sunkissed pieces because my hair doesn't lift well. She then stated they wouldn't do anything for me because it wasn't their fault my hair is so dark and the inspiration I was going for was not achievable. The manager said all they can do is try to tone my hair and if I wanted to go elsewhere after that that's what I should do. How ridiculous is that? I spent over $200 for them to tell me to go somewhere else. I ended up going back to get my hair toned because I wasn't going to be walking around with orange/copper hair. The toner still looked orange after I left! I will never go back to this place because the manager was so unprofessional and rude. DO NOT GO HERE!! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!

Jordan is the best! I really appreciate that she makes sure I know what I want before she starts cutting. She also tells me step by step what she's going to do, asks questions along the way, and is simply a joy to talk to. As long as I'm living near her place of employment, I will be a loyal customer!
