My wife and I first used G3 in the fall of 22', they removed all the flooring on our main level and installed wide plank white oak. Their work exceeded all our expectations, we were so delighted with the project, we had G3 come back out and replace the entire lower level this fall. Steve is a great communicator, his in-depth explanation of material differences between the two projects (we wanted to have the same look on both levels) was very helpful....along with his unwavering attention to detail and master craftsmanship, he and his team have helped us achieve our vision for matching hardwood floors throughout our home and a stairway replacement to match. It has been a couple of months since we had our hardwood floors refinished and the results still make me smile! Stephen Hochstrasser and his most capable crew did a great job for us. We had not had the floors refinished in 24 years and now they look like new! They moved all the big furniture into the garage and rooms without hardwood floors and then moved it all back when they were finished. They gave us color samples on our own floor to choose from after the initial sanding was complete. It helped to see the stains samples on our own floor rather than looking at a brochure. They also replaced our old metal floor vents with modern wooden ones and that made a nice difference... read full review
G3 did a fabulous job for us. I have two small kids and a dog and my poor hardwood floors had taken a beating. They came out while we were on vacation and coordinated with my neighbors to get the house open, which made my life so much easier. We got the kitchen completely redone, all the way to the bare wood, and I cannot believe the results; even some old water damage is completely gone. The living and dining room got a buff and shine and look beautiful as well. Thanks to Stephen and everyone at G3!
