Jennifer Farnsworth has been our (T&T Davis) trusted tax advisor in Colorado Springs for 23-years streight! Would not consider anyone else! She even puts off sending Invoices regularly, to try to make it easier on our budget. Worse experience I have ever had. She took FOREVER to reply back. She also took months to submit everything, I understand we were not the fastest at submitting the paperwork, but even after they were submitted she took 2 months to submit. We could never get a hold of them for questions about our paperwork either. Once everything was submitted she took 2 weeks to reply back, we had no idea if it was submitted or not, we had no idea what was going on, she had to submit an extension and we didn't know what was happening. The communication was horrible and unprofessional, we were completely unaware of fees, there was no follow up for payment either, so my wife and I were unaware of what we had to pay. She stated she was irritated about working with us because \\\" of my questions\\\", I don't know much about taxes and was asking for clarification (which would take up to 3 days to receive a response).
