They may be great, but I couldn't tell, as I called several times when I was locked out and desperately trying to get in, and every time it sounded like somebody picked up then hung up a second later. In fact, it was so consistent that it seemed more like a faulty answering machine.
Either way, when locked out and trying to urgently get in, not to mention having limited and potentially short phone battery life, wasting time (and battery) calling a business that states they're open 24 hours only to find them unreachable is a problem.

This guy is a fraud. He messed up my key and I had a key error. I called him to tell him about it then he blocked me. Stay clear of him.

I experienced exceptional service from EZ In Locksmith Services. After losing my car keys without any spares, I was understandably distressed. The following day, I contacted EZ In Locksmith, and Brad promptly assisted me. He efficiently created a new ignition key within minutes. Additionally, Brad connected his equipment to my vehicle and discovered four other key fobs I wasn't aware of.
