If I could give negative stars I would. First of all, my intial contract of 24 months was signed with Evergreen Pest Control in May 2021. The agreement was $50 monthly with quarterly services. Those services were performed as agreed by Enviropest (who took over for Evergreen) until the 4 th quarter of 2023. The last time a tech was at my home was August 30,2023 and no communication from the company as to why I was skipped for theb4th quarter. My December payment to them was rejected in December and they sent me an invoice saying my payment was overdue. They came to my property on their own will, and we turned them away because we were remodeling our kitchen. Now we are in December and they trying to charge me for service we never received nor we never scheduled for their services ? and I'm still waiting to hear back from a manager which Im starting to believe they will never call me back. My advice will be to stay away from them!!!
