Jesse and the artists at Empire are fantastic! He is able to take abstract ideas and put them into form regardless of how complicated or challenging. Their prices are appropriate and their flexibility is second to none. Our family has used Jesse at Empire on more than one occasion and we will continue to do so. We highly recommend Empire and Jesse.

This was my first tattoo. I was super excited to get it done and Jesse did not disappoint. I sent him a sketch that I had drawn and then he redrew it and made it amazing. I am super happy.

Jesse is an incredible tattoo artist! I've had three tattoos done by him: my homebrew logo and two custom designs. Each time, his work has been nothing short of amazing.
