Bill at Efficiency 1st is hands down one of the most honest and reliable people I’ve worked with. From the first call to the final service, everything was handled professionally. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system and offered fair, straightforward pricing. It’s hard to find good service in Colorado Springs these days, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Great experience all around.

I bought an A/C unit from them a few years back so I knew their service would be good. I was having furnace issues on a really cold day so I’m sure they would probably be busy…they returned my call quickly and came out a couple hours later. Nick was friendly and quickly got my furnace working. Status was I needed my furnace cleaned, my fault because I don’t do yearly maintenance. So anyway I highly recommend these folks. Friendly, great service and reasonable prices.

Many HVAC suppliers will do a fine job, but Efficiency 1st goes way beyond that. They treat you like family. They are there when you need them with no excuses/hesitation. Quality is excellent, as you would expect, but care for you as if you were family is what sets them above and beyond their competitors. Trust is what you want with a vital service, and they deliver. Cannot recommend them more highly.
