Our spray tech Henry did a fantastic job at our house. He let me know he was on his way earlier which was very nice. A lot of times with pest company's they just show up out of nowhere. I appreciated the text a few days ahead then, the same day text. He was friendly, let me know what he was going to do that day. Asked me if I had any specific issues that he could address like seeing any extra spiders, scorpions, well, bugs/insects. He also made sure to let me know if I have outside animals (I have 2 outside while ranch cats) to get them to a better spot or if they just wanted to stay where they were, he'd make sure to use pet friendly product.
Once we chatted a bit he got to work. He was very thorough even going out and around our shop which is a ways away from our house. He also sprayed the area around our kids playset but they make sure to use spray that is kid friendly. He found a wasps nest we didn't know we had on our stair banister so he took care of that which it wasn't on the list. Then at the end he made sure to let me know about rodent treatment since winter is coming and we live on a ranch with lots of acreage. I appreciated him letting me know bc sometimes you're not aware what products a company has to offer unless they tell you.
He did a fantastic job. He didn't rush which was good bc I've worked with MANY other pesticide companies where it feels as if they just want to spray a few areas then leave so they can just get through their list of houses and get home. Not with Saela and Henry. I've now had 2 great employees that have sprayed our house and I'm so grateful for that. I just wanted to add that Henry was very friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. Sometimes when you're a woman, alone and a random person comes to work on your property you may feel uncomfortable but he never, NEVER once made me feel that way. He kept a nice distance while we walked around. Made sure to listen and not be overly bearing or directive. I can't say how much women appreciate that in today's world. Thank you, Henry.
