Seemed nice, but never even left the lobby It was busy so I will cut them some slack but kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment when everyone that comes in after is seen before. got what I needed but nearly 100$ for a consultation that didn’t happen and just got the weight of my cat is a little ridiculous and no care instructions for the medication I was given seems like they could use more staffing.

Dr. Ramsel really went above and beyond helping complete our international paperwork for moving our dog with us to the UK. She is thorough, helpful, kind, and patient. You can tell she has a deep level of care in her work that really makes a huge difference compared to other vets I've worked with in the past. Can't say enough positive things about her knowledge and service! Thank you!

I love the staff at Cook Veterinary! They have taken good care of my dog & have great advice and instructions for me as a pet owner. I trust them explicitly. This is the only vet I’ll ever use.

Wonderful team of employees and Dr. Ramsel is very knowledgeable - they assisted my 14 year old Puggle, who has a torn ACL, with Acupuncture and Light Therapy and the prices are so darn reasonable! Loved that they took all the necessary time and did not rush us in and out!

This place lacks so much personality. I am appalled at the unfriendliness of the staff, the veterinarian included. I stopped by to ask a few questions about their services last week and the two women I spoke to you upfront were literally like The Walking Dead. One was the vet and the other was the front desk person. I just said forget it and left. They didn’t do anything mean but they were both just like zombies. I don’t think I would like to bring my animals to a place like this. Very turned off by their poor attitudes. I’m still in shock over the strangeness of the situation. 😂

They really care about your pet. Recommend it for sure if you have a rottweiler. They treat lots of them. My last vet my dogs would freak out, this one They are calm and happy to see everyone.

Three generations of my family have taken our pets to Cook over the last 30+ years. The vets have obviously changed in that time, but the quality and commitment to animals remains the same. When one of my cats was terminally ill, I relied heavily on Dr. Ramsel and her logical and caring approach. There were many appointments over three months, but I also sent questions via phone calls, emails, and even texts as I tried to navigate my cat's sickness, and the team at Cook was there for me every time. When I had to say goodbye, Dr. Ramsel asked what time worked for me and then rearranged her scheduled time off to be available. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, and Dr. Ramsel's consideration and gentleness meant more than I can say. If I wasn't loyal already, that experience would have sealed it for me.
