I have a white fabric couch which another upholstery cleaning service attempted to detail. They left big ring (water) stains all over it. I thought the couch was ruined until Stainmaster came yesterday to clean/treat the it. The couch is immaculate and looks brand new once again! I would highly recommend Stainmaster for their professional and knowledgeable service.

Wow, just wow! I was hoping that Neil and his assistant (sorry, I forgot his name) would be able to make my carpets look better, but this came out better than I expected. Their multistep process got grease, rust stains, dog hair, and dirt out. I'll let the before and after pictures of a stairwell and family room speak for themselves. So glad I called these guys as I have not had much luck in the past with other carpet cleaning companies.

Stain master went above and beyond to get me taken care of. They over delivered what they had promised and got me taken care of much sooner than quoted. They also did not hit me with any surprise fees and charged me exactly what I was quoted over the phone. On top of that, they squeeze me in within less than 24 hours of my phone call which was impressive to me as I called on a Sunday night and they were done by Monday morning.
