We were left with an incomplete deck by a contractor that bolted half way through the job. Decks by Schmillen answered our call for help. They took one look and said they could help and help they did. The ripped out the substandard work left behind and started new. Their friendly and very professional crews jumped in and worked hard every day until a beautiful finished patio/balcony was in place, inspected, documented and passed all required inspections. Thank you is not enough for this company. We hope to enjoy their work for many years to come.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Doug, the owner is friendly and makes sure every step of the way that you are getting what you want. The crew was friendly and efficient, did excellent, quality work and meticulously cleaned up the job site. When the job was complete, there was no sign they had been there other than a beautiful new deck. They do not collect final payment until the building code inspection passes. I highly recommend Decks by Schmillen.
