I have been very happy with my experience here. The staff are all very understanding, and the PTs are very knowledgeable. They have addressed multiple issues I've had and have helped me restore strength and functionality in my shoulders and hips. I highly recommend coming here for physical therapy and injury recovery.

This team truly listens and works hard to address every facet of what is causing pain. I have struggled with pain in my feet, ankles, and calves for over 15 years and seen multiple physical therapists over that time. I’d given up hope that my feet would ever be pain free. But after working with this team for several months, I now have pain free days and a plan to continue to strengthen and heal my feet. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I hurt my back right before the upcoming golf season. Scared I wouldn’t be able to get out with my buddies, I turned to CISM. When I called and told them my issues they were able to get me an appointment right away. They sat me down after my evaluation and discussed my treatment path. They kept in mind my goals I wanted and what I wanted to achieve. They helped me get back on the course in no time. I highly recommend going to CISM for any of your issues. Although, it didn’t stop me from 3 putting… But that’s a work in progress and had nothing to do with my injury…

The PTs are fine. The clinic itself is the issue. A lot of excuses as to why things happen a certain way, but as a paying customer I can’t say I am understanding.

Sent to collections without prior billing notice. Clinic staff acknowledged a possible billing error but did not provide an audited or itemized statement. Multiple written attempts to resolve the matter respectfully and in a timely manner have not received a substantive response.
As a physician myself, I am particularly troubled by billing practices that place patients into collections without clear documentation or prior notice. This experience reflects administrative failures that undermine patient trust. I cannot recommend this clinic.

The staff in the Calhan CISM clinic are fabulous! Tyler and JC have helped after my Achilles tendon surgery, its great to walk with little to no pain!

I went to CISM following an AC separation that required surgery. I mainly worked with Savannah and Nate, and they were both awesome. It's a fun environment where you do the work and they focus on you and your needs and what you're trying to get back to, while keeping it fun and light. Doing sets of exercises while poking fun at each other regarding their coffee preference and favorite football team. I never want to go to CISM again because that means I got hurt again, but I'm happy to have used them for my recovery and would recommend any and all patients seeking PT to give them a shot.
