Andries did an amazing job! I just moved into a house that had some strong cat urine odors left in the carpet. Bee-kleen cannot guarantee getting pet odors completely out, but they were very thorough and even came back for a second re-service on the odor spots. Andries used a strong enzyme and massage technique to help combat the odors. Carpets look nice and clean. Great communication, and customer service. Would recommend!

Not impressed. A bit frustrated actually. We had out 3 upstairs bedroom floors cleaned and the basement bedroom and living space. There was zero smells in our home before the cleaning. The house was 100% empty and going in the market the day after the carpet cleaning…
Well 24 hours after the cleaning the entire basement smelt like filthy wet dirty dog….
I had to have another carpet cleaning company come fix the mess BeeClean left in our basement. The company who fixed it suggested the BeeClean technician was likely using an old machine and/or one that was not sucking property, which happens when thaws don’t clean their filters…. This causes any dirt in our carpet or dirt left in the equipment to not be properly removed from my carpet…. Also what our carpet was left so wet!! Way too wet, soak your sofa wet.
$600 additional dollars later our basement smells amazing, just like before we used BeeClean. I would not recommend this company…. Unless you want the stress of having them or someone else comeback and redo the work and charge you double due to all the sanitizer and deodorizer required to fix it…

Go ahead and spring clean. You've got nothing to loose but dirt. Bee-Kleen was on time, professional and affordable. I would recommend Bee-Kleen for the task of fighting off potential illnesses as a result of a lingering ick season.
