Dr. Mastín has been my dentist for about 25 years. He’s so kind and his staff are all great. They work closely with my dentist in Florida as we live between two locations. They’re always up front and clear about options and what the procedures will be. Highly recommend this office and dentist.
I'm posting as a result of Dr. Mastin examining our senior loved one who I'll call Grandpa. Grandpa is wheelchair-bound, 95 years old and deeply in dementia. The front desk greeting was gentle, efficient. The office was clean and pleasant with plenty of free parking. Although there was an appt time snafu, Dr.'s MA called us, dutifully confirmed our story via their phone log then spoke to Dr. Mastin who agreed to examine Grandpa as planned. We were in Mexico and I broke a tooth. Dr Mastin answered his phone on a Saturday afternoon and advised me how to deal with the broken tooth. We got home at 10PM and had an appointment next morning at 7:30. My wife and I have been seeing Bear Creek Dental several years. With this kind of service...we will never leave. Thanks Dr Jesse Mastin
