We’ve had the excellent experience if finding D1 for my seven year old son, Kinsler. D1 is a specialized training that allows Kinsler to improve his performance and abilities on and off the ice. It also has provided him with a better sense of focus, which is difficult for him because he has ADHD, ODD and Anxiety. We’ve seen a positive change in Kinsler’s confidence and self image after starting D1. This has been the best investment for our son and his future. My infinitive thanks to the coaches that have taken the extra time to understand my son and work around challenges. We’ve seen a huge improvement in his skills in the short time he’s been participating in D1. We 100% recommend D1 as an option for your kiddos.

My D1 workout makes my day. It's not just cardio and strength. It's improvement in coordination, balance, and flexibility. The workout addresses so many aspects of my physical health.
