I injured my shoulder a couple months ago during one of my lifts. I was experiencing so much pain that it was painful just to lift my arm to drive. After contacting Scott at Backcountry PT, I was introduced to Nick. Just with my first session with Nick after having dry needling done, I've started to notice the pain was less severe. After 6 weeks of working with Nick, not can I lift my arm over my head without experiencing any pain, but I'm back to lifting again. I highly recommend Backcountry Physical Therapy when it comes to any injuries you might be experiencing.
Nick was absolutely amazing. He helped my rehab an old shoulder injury that I've ignored for years and its worked wonders. I highly recommend them!
My son has been going for months. Very pleased. I have been having severe pain for months in hip and down leg. Son ask Scott if would see me instead at appointment. He graciously agreed. Through pleasant professional. And when two weeks of applying the prescribed motions….. all but gone is the pain. Freedom of movement returned. Confident if keep it up back to 100%.
