Health Restoration And HR Pain Management

I only went once because that's all it took! I had a horrible catch in my neck (for months) and shoulder pain, but an adjustment from Dr. K got the catch out. I appreciated tremendously that he walked me through what he was going to try before doing it and the reasoning behind it, as neck adjustments are a bit intimidating by their nature. I also left with several physical therapy exercises to perform for my neck/back/shoulder that have helped greatly. My visit was months ago at this point and I've legitimately been pain free in my neck/back/shoulder since.

Working with Dr. Shane and his team has been a pleasure. The environment is filled with happiness, positivity, and love. I was sad to say goodbye, and had to relocate due to family concerns. I highly recommend this place for patient centered care. Thank you for the opportunity to work with HR pain management's patients.

I had a friend find this place for me bc my body was in so much pain all the time and I didn’t know what to do anymore. I called and setup an appointment and they got me in right away, I’ve never been to a chiropractor so I didn’t know what to expect but it was definitely something I should have done sooner. My headaches are much better my body is progressively getting better to the point that I’m even working out again.
