FIT Wellness is a great spot if you’re dealing with any kind of pain or just trying to stay ahead of it. Brian does really solid work, especially with cupping and dry needling, and takes the time to actually understand what’s going on.
As someone who plays hockey regularly, it’s been a go-to for managing soreness and staying loose. It also helped clear up some nagging neck and arm pain that had been lingering for a while.
He’s also great with active kids, helping keep them on a routine so they can stay healthy while playing competitive sports, avoid injury during busy seasons, and keep them doing what they love.

Great place! I came in with a tweaked back and excruciating pain that made it hard to even walk. Brian took X-rays, diagnosed my issue, and helped figure out a treatment plan. After a few Adjustments, and dry needling in combination with cupping, my back felt Extraordinarily better. He’s even really informative about how I could tweak my diet to help prevent this injury in the future, and even gave me some helpful tweets to my posture. Well worth the price (which isn’t even that expensive).
