I've been working with Terry for quite some time. Initially I had representation from a CPA who never actually did what he said he would, which ended up costing me thousands, and putting me in a precarious situation with the IRS. Terry knows the government terrain well, and understands how to navigate his clients to the safest place. He's well-versed in tax representation and always has his client's best interest in mind. I'd highly recommend him for all your tax issues. I'd also suggest taking him to get some Pho! Even CPA's get hungry now and then.

Terry has been my accountant and friend for many years. My family and I ran into IRS problems, and ended up going to a gun fight with a butter knife!! I tried 2 other “tax resolving agencies”, which ended up costing me thousands with no results. In fact the last one I used, in Denver, would call and leave a 30 second message, costing me $50 each time. He was not able to do an offer in compromise, but insisted that we could simply spend an additional $7,000 per month and pay it all off. I highly recommend him, he was a great help solving my issues with IRS, in less time that I was expecting, he have everything ready on time, he is very good explaining what is the best solution, he is honest and responsible.
