We toured several properties, and when my favorite home went off the market, I was disappointed. But Jill remembered how much I loved it and went above and beyond by reaching out to the selling agent to see if it was still available. It was—and thanks to her initiative and persistence, she arranged a private showing, and I was able to make it mine!
