Wes did a great job explaining potential issues and was very thorough. We are purchasing a new home remotely and Wes really made us feel comfortable with the inspection even though we were not there for it. The report is very thorough, has great pictures, and explanations are clear plus the videos are very helpful. Thanks Wes.

Overall, the inspection was great. Wes was very thorough and he caught things I would have missed. He also patiently answered all my questions. I like that I was given a lot of information, but I wasn’t overwhelmed!

Greg Glenn made the Rental Property Inspection process easy for both of my Denver rentals. Greg was quick and non-intrusive, which my tenants appreciated. He obviously knows Denver's requirements very well. Ordering the inspections was easy and Courtney communicates well. She sent emails well in advance with information and links to additional information about Denver's inspection requirements.Thanks you guys for a job well Done!
