Brilliant Pup Behavior

Emily worked successfully with several of my foster dogs over the years. She has The critical thinking skills and intuition that I haven’t heard from other trainers. She knows behavior inside and out. She took one of the most fearful dogs I know, and helped him gain confidence so that the dog was able to integrate into an adoptive household beautifully. Emily‘s communication skills are very understandable and cohesive. She gives her heart to each dog she helps, and provides follow through and thorough plans. It has been Really great to work with her and I hope to continue!

Emily has been exactly what us + our 1 year old aussie doodle needed. At around 10 months old all of a sudden our happy confident pup became riddled with general anxiety and became reactive to new people. He could barely handle a car ride. After working with a few other behavioral trainers and not getting anywhere, we found Emily. Finally someone who provided more than just saying to try additional enrichment. I grew up with dogs but it wasn't until I started working with Emily that I understood how to really meet their needs. Her approach is very gentle and I am really learning to see the world from my dog's point of view. In addition, she is a huge resource of information and always available for quick support if I need it.
