Nick saved my butt with the recent rain storm. I came home to an inch of water in our entire, fully finished basement. I have a medically complex kiddo and I can not chance having mold. Nick showed up the same night I called him. He and his crew got the standing water sucked up, and fans and dehumidifiers in place almost immediately. We have zero mold because of his quick response. Pure choice was called out by my HOA to fix a leak from the roof previously replaced. Nick communicated with me and was quick to respond. Rick came to assess the damage and said they would be back next week to take care of it. The day rolls around and they are here bright and early. They resealed around the vents in the roof which apparently the original company failed to do when replacing the roof initially. This was a reoccurring issue across the community. Thank you for doing a wonderful job all while training a new employee with a smile on your face. You saved me a headache!Services: Waterproofing

Nick and his team were great to work with. They were extremely professional, transparent, and on-time. He met with me a number of times to talk about the project - which in our case was installing new fencing - and kept me apprised as the project went along. He was flexible as well, as we made changes part way through that his team needed to adapt to. All in all - great work.
