I asked if Hills cleaners could sew 3 patches on my backpack. Me and the gentleman agreed on a price. We also agreed he could get this done by the following Monday as I use the backpack on Monday evenings. I went in the following Monday and it was not ready.... bummer :( . I was a little upset but it's a backpack, not the end of the world. Went in on the following Monday at 5ish and they were closed (hours on google were till 6) .....bummer :). I got my backpack the following day :). They did a wonderful job. The gentlemen really could of communicated bet better.I could have easily gave them 1,2 or 3 stars but I think its very important to support small businesses. especially...read full review
When dealing with the nice lady it's very enjoyable. But when I went to pick up my jacket I was making sure the repairs were made and the smell was gone and he got so offended he basically chased me out. Only way I return is if I deal with the nice lady.
