We had a great experience working with Highlands Landscaping for our front yard overhaul! The coordinator responded the same day to schedule our estimate and communicated well from start to finish. Brandon, our designer/estimator helped us track down the perfect material for our (somewhat unconventional) walkway. Nikola, our project manager, worked with Bobby and his team to help execute our plan. Everyone was friendly, responsive to questions, and very easy to work with. Pricing was fair and flexible. Our original estimate was adjusted (down) at job completion to reflect actual labor and materials used. We would use them again. Highly recommend.
Highlands redid our backyard after bad grading and irrigation/water settling issues. They regraded the yard and fixed the drainage issues we were having. They also added garden beds and filled them with rock and mulch and also installed a step for our porch to help with leveling.
More importantly, they showed up early, finished the project under time and under budget, tracked their work to our requests and then showed actual cost vs estimated (I’ll reiterate that they came in under their initial estimate). Every aspect of our project went well. The upfront planning, communicating timelines, mid project assessments. Highlands was easy to reach, the project was on time and on budget and looks great. They may not be the cheapest bid, but the project will be done right and they manage everything.
We had to regrade the backyard after replacing a sewer pipe, install a brand new sprinkler system, install sod in the back and create a no-grass combined rock area and bushes in the front. Looks great. I highly recommend this company.
