Had exactly what I needed, I had been to 5 big box stores with no luck. I walked in, told him what I was looking for, he knew the part number by heart and fixed me up in five minutes!
I called to see if they had a thermostatic mixing valve for my solar water heater install. The front desk person was very polite and transferred me to one of “the guys” in the back to further help me find the part I needed. I was on hold for less than 15 secs Chris answered my call i told him what I needed and said he did not have one in stock, but he could have one the next morning by 7am. Mind you i called at around 1pm! The price was exactly what the cheapest website sold it for online! I went there today and they had my valve waiting for me.
