This place is absolutely terrible. My son has had to go here for a work injury. We had an 11:00 appointment. It is know 12:36 and still haven't been seen. My son doesn't drive therefore I went and asked the very rude receptionist and her reply was" oh probably another hour?. And by the way Ma am your son is 38 yrs old and he can ask for himself" Rudest thing ever!. If he had a choice he certainly wouldn't be treated here, ever
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the lady who administered my drug test was actually positive and professional. The receptionist was the rudest person I've dealt with in quite some time. This is supposed to be a family health center but I couldn't imagine a child being in there.
I’ve been going here frequently (every two weeks or so) for the past four or five months for a work comp case. The doctors seem nice enough, but the front desk and nurse assistant are extremely slow, and clearly take their time helping patients. I showed up on time for my appointment today, and just spent two hours and 45 minutes waiting to have a five minute conversation with the doctor. At this point, this is not an uncommon occurrence. I highly recommend finding somewhere else unless you want to spend half of your day here every time you go in for an appointment.
