So I’ve been going here for quite some time and overall the the maintenance on the machines has been good and they keep everything in working order. I’m the part of the 5 o’clock crew that gets in there before the day gets going and everybody in there is pretty dedicated just to get in and get it done. The people are cool however they are constantly having plumbing leaks and drain backups, which makes me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the gym. This will be my only concern.

If you want to work with somebody who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and extremely friendly, go with Natalie, what a great experience with her showing me “the ropes” I appreciate all the attention she gave me and hope to work with her in the future

Crystal is the reason I like coming to this LA Fitness. She’s friendly, helpful, and makes you feel seen, not just “another member.” As a parent, I really appreciate how she handles the Kids Club — organized, attentive, and reassuring. You can tell she genuinely cares about people. Great employee.
