What a horrible experience! These guys are completely not professional and have very little respect for your time! They scheduled our appointment at 3:00PM. We were at their office exactly at 3:00PM. After waiting for the accountant for 15 minutes, we inquired how much longer they will be. The response that we received was another 30 minutes!!! The accountant was on the phone with another customer and it didn't even occur to him that he could have called the customer back and to attend to us, a customer that was already in the office and waiting! *** yelp is a completely unfair platform that takes full advantage of businesses - ill leave a review *** i paid them almost $800 and now they will not return my calls or file my taxes !! this is a scam
