The doctors and nurses were truly outstanding. They did everything they could to help patients, showing great patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility. I’ve received care in different cities and hospitals, and this was by far the best experience～🥰

Worst place when you need help! The manager is the worst to talk to. she is so rude and unprofessional!! I could hear her yelling to an employee from the waiting room!

So it appears Nancy Towbin has another Yelp account! Yippeee! Or maybe as a benefit of changing names she gets to change her name on YELP. Whatever the case..... I will follow you anywhere Nancy, just to make sure everybody knows the real deal. To your face Nancy is extremely nice, and appears to be extremely caring. Her staff are the handymen for the hinges of Hell. I have to assume that this comes under her direction. They are extremely rude, You would think you're trying to make an appointment with Jesus Christ himself and then once you do make an appointment for a Pap smear six months in advance only to have it canceled five times before you get there. I have never once made an appointment that was not not canceled by Nancy Towbin's office? What is the point in making the appointment? They absolutely have zero respect for your time. Somehow her time is more valuable than yours... I cannot wrap my arms around that idea. Talk about privilege?! You will be billed separately for every different subject you discuss with Nancy, you will not know that until after you have left in are billed. For example, if you were there for a Pap smear and you start to talk about your bladder you will be charged for another office visit Service. I told Nancy directly she needed to have a diners bell on every counter, so she could ring it when we enter a new billing code. It appears she cares more for the dollar than the patient. but she has a very sweet face and a cute chuckle. Sorry that doesn't do it for me now that I am over 20. She performed surgery on me for bladder and hysterectomy, and then went on vacation. Two days later I wake up Bleeding profusely in my bed, I had to have immediate surgery and was in intensive care at St Jude..I've had nothing but problems with my bladder ever since this experience. She did me no favor. I understand the good PAs have left. And so did I. once my uterus was gone she had no use for me. After many many years being under her care, she has never once reached out to me knowing my concerns. I'll go away, but I won't go away quietly. Everyone deserves the truth.

Had a great experience with Dr. Towbin here a few years back, but just called with some questions and the girl on the photo truly needs to work on her customer service. She wasn't explicitly rude, but just felt like I was such a burden asking questions and made me feel like ani idiot. Isn't that your job to answer questions and help your clients...?

And, I've had to grind it out in a closet size room on a different floor where they got you on a clock to RUSH job you out. Depends on what axe they're grinding and if you been flagged.

I just moved to California and was looking for a new OB GYN. I originally called to see if I could make an appointment with Nancy Towbin for a birth control consultation but because she was booked I took the last available appointment with Heather Herold, PA for the next day. During my visit, the front desk staff was very welcoming. Check in was a breeze as I was given the option to receive the new patient forms via email to fill out beforehand. My consultation with Heather went great. She listened to what I wanted and was very thorough and knowledgable. Her bedside manner is what I appreciate the most as she took the time to make conversation to understand me as a person and not just a patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Towbin for almost 10 years and I absolutely LOVE her!! I put complete faith and confidence in her regarding my health. I wish I could see her for things other than gyno! She has helped me in so many ways and I truly am thankful for her. I've also seen NP Heather, and she is so very thorough and explains everything, she even researches my health history prior to my appointment. Super happy with my follow-up visits with her. Molly, at the front desk, is also very helpful and friendly. The wait time seems pretty normal for a gyno office; not too long and not super fast either. But it's worth it to have exceptional care and compassion. Thank you so much for years of being awesome, Dr. Towbin! Is it weird to say that I look forward to many more years with her as my doctor? Well, I do. See review on Dr. Towbin for more..... Thank you!!!

My appointment was canceled without even notifying me. Make you go on hold for a while. They don't accept Medi-Cal Insurance!
