Staff at Warner Village Dental are excellent. Very knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Vivian was so welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had. She was equipped to answer all my concerns regarding treatment and payment. She was also very flexible when making my appointment. Dr. Rafi is an amazing dentist. As someone who is anxious about dentists in general, he made sure I felt comfortable and explained everything in great detail. During my procedure, he was extremely gentle and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I like everything about this dental practice. I broke a molar and Vivian was able to get me in on the same day. The doctor and hygienist are so talented. My mouth is small, the tooth was chipped by the nerve and cracked in other places. They were both very calm and they worked very well together; it was like they do thousands of these every day! Dr Rafi explains everything and makes sure you know what is going on with your teeth. Lastly, the cost was on the lower end of average for the area, even though it was more complicated than the norm. I am impressed and would recommend this practice.

Dr. Raffi has restored my faith back into the dental practice. My previous dentist was a mess, and apparently did not do my route canal correctly. I came in as a new patient about 2-3 months ago and was seen soon after telling them I had severe tooth pain. Dr Raffi referred me to Endo Solutions and they re did my route canal. They were great as well. I came in today because I was having pain, and just gotten my crown done last week. Dr Raffi told me my gums are just inflamed and this is normal for a few weeks after crown installation. Thank you Dr Raffi and your staff for your help, and for your kind bedside manner.
