I am extremely disappointed with this dental practice. They seem more focused on upselling unnecessary procedures and services than providing quality care. Every visit, the doctor tries to sell a deep cleaning with a laser, whether or not it’s needed. Unfortunately, the deep cleanings I received here were the worst I’ve ever had. I get cleanings every three months, and after visiting this practice, I went to another dentist for my next cleaning within a month. The hygienist at the new office mentioned that the cleaning I received here was subpar.
Prioritizing sales over patient care is unacceptable. A dentist’s main focus should be providing excellent dental care—not pushing expensive add-ons like deep cleaning and laser treatments.
To make matters worse, this office has incorrectly billed my insurance both times I visited, in 2023 and 2024. Last week, they called me with the same issue as last year, claiming I owed a copay. I’ve had the same insurance for over 13 years and have never had to pay a copay at any other dental office in SC, NC, FL, or CA. Yet, this practice charged me a copay both years.
I recently took my wife to another clinic in Woodland Hills, and neither of us had to pay a copay there. This week, I decided to visit Complete Dental Health Dentistry, and the experience was night and day. My cleaning there was superb, with zero copay for both me and my wife.
If you want great service, proper cleanings, and straightforward billing, avoid this practice. Instead, check out Complete Dental Health Dentistry. Save yourself the headache of unnecessary upselling, incorrect billing, and poor service.
Update: I have written over 108 reviews on Google, both positive and negative, and not once has anyone accused me of making a false statement or called me a liar for sharing my honest experiences. That would be highly unethical.

Dr. Kolahi is fantastic; I had an issue with a filling she recently did for me, and her team got me in the day after I called and Dr. Kolahi fixed it for me free of charge. A dentist who stands behind their work is what differentiates a great dentist from a good one. Thank you Dr!

I love Dr. Kolahi and her staff are the best around. Our whole family goes there. She's great with our little ones, she's a genuine doctor, and she doesn't over charge for nonsense. Finally a dentist you can trust. We will never go anywhere else!

I have been a patient at Warner Dental Plaza for 5 years now and highly recommend them. Recently I have needed some extensive dental work and Dr. Kohali is amazing. The staff is so accommodating and friendly, especially when it comes to helping with insurance. It's a beautiful office and I have had very positive experiences. It is challenging to find a good dentist so I am very happy to be one of their patients!

Lovely! I went in to remove my top two wisdom teeth and I was so scared due to bad past experiences at other dental offices. Dr. Rok took such good care of my removal and Dr. Kolahi was there comforting me every step of the way. Because of this office, I have overcome my fears. Thank you :)

I have been taking my son to Dr. Kolahi for his dental needs for a few years now and couldn't be happier with the dental care that he has received. Dr. Kolahi is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. As an experienced pediatric dentist, Dr. Kolahi and her staff have a special way of making my son feel comfortable and have created such a respectful relationship that puts him at ease during checkups and even when a cavity is being filled. I hated going to the dentist growing up but am so thrilled and blessed that my son has had a positive experience and looks forward to going to his 6 month checkups.

I debated writing this review at all, however unfortunately I feel the need to share my experience at Warner Plaza Dental Group and warn others of (what I feel is) a heavy-handed dental care approach.When I came for my initial appointment with Dr. Kolahi, she recommended more dental care than I have ever been told I need. She recommended 1) a bite guard for grinding my teeth (I've never been told I grind my teeth, woken up with a sore jaw, or woken up with headaches), 2) TMJ botox for the teeth grinding (Dr. Kolahi offers this service in house for upwards of $750, not covered by insurance), 3) multiple cavity fillings (she said nearly all my teeth had cavities), and 4) a surgery to cut the top of my lip to prevent gum recession (not covered by insurance). This was all pretty overwhelming, scary, and suprising to hear--although I am not a star flosser, I have gotten dental care throughout my life and had never been told my oral health was so poor. I promptly panicked and had Dr. Kolahi fill a severe cavity of mine, only to have my ENTIRE tooth carved out and made flat. I'm not a dentist, and Dr. Kolahi explained this was done due to the severity of the cavity, however I've had 4 cavities filled before and had ~never~ had my tooth carved flat like that and was pretty shocked afterwards. I then became panicked that all of my teeth would be completely flat if the other cavities were addressed in the office.I then got a second opinion, and was told I had only 2 small cavities that needed to be fixed. Just today I paid the bill for those services, and it was 1/4 the cost of the cavity filling at Warner Plaza Dental.Again, this was just my experience, but if you go to Warner Plaza Dental and they recommend thousands of dollars in services, it may be worth getting a second opinion and avoiding some tears.
