I had previously set up my own website for my aesthetics practice on Wix but had recently changed locations, which included a name and logo change as well. I realized this involved a lot more back-end work than I could handle. I am not very tech-savvy. I looked around and found LiveWebMedia through Wix somehow and was connected right away with a live agent, which is huge for me. I strongly dislike answering to automated services or having to repeat myself after speaking with multiple representatives. MARCH 2023:Alen went above and beyond in helping me to get the mobile version of my WIX website to display correctly. He exceeded my expectations and turnaround time was amazing.Alen is easy to work with.
