Heidi is sooo good at what she does. I have never gotten a haircut because I don't trust a lot of people with my hair but i took a chance with Heidi and did not regret it. I asked for layers and she gave me exactly what I was looking for and styled my curly hair to PERFECTION!! 10/10
I saw Heidi multiple times while I lived in the area. Not only did she always listen to me carefully, but she also gave me great advice to help me better care for my curls and make decisions about how to cut, style, and treat my hair. She is also a great conversationalist, and for the extensive time she would spend with me (I would get the full treatment every few months and be there for 3+ hours), she never acted rushed or made me feel like a burden. Every time I went, she spent time teaching me another aspect of caring for my curls on my own.
