One star makes no justice for this person! Despicable! She came highly recommended by my mother who was her client for powder ombré eye brows 3 years ago! And I have been researching and shopping for some time! I know she won’t care about my bad review but I also know people base their decisions to support a local small business on reviews! On Jan 30th of 2025! I reached out regarding her promotion in my inbox on IG. I exchanged conversations and sent a deposit of $160.00 dollars! To secure my appointment on Feb 12th, 2025. This person will hunt you down like a toxic mistress in heat to book your appointment with her and send the deposit$$$. That comment is based...read full review

They ask for deposit and non refundable even if they did not mention that there is a risk if you are diabetic then you can cancel it because you lose your deposit of $100. Unbelievable. Its not a good deal. They lie because i ask if they can do other services that is non invasive like eyelashes? She said no, but ot says here clear in Yelp they do this seevice.

I am absolutely disgusted by the work ethic of this place. To trust you with a deposit to start off my career and you keep my money? This only shows how money hungry Dianne is. You absolutely ghosted and then text days later with excuses to why you have not reached out. If I don't get my refund by today I will be reaching out to state board to report her. Im sure there will be a large fine for certifying people to use a chemical on potential clients without a state license. Chemicals on brow and lash products "Ammonium Thioglycolate" can cause serious damage without the proper training and an acquired state board license also using any blade-like tool is a huge violation to anyone unlicensed. Any use of chemical requires a STATE LUCENSE.I'm sure she doesn't have a teaching license. Estheticians cannot certify others for chemical/blade like tool use for permanent makeup & chemical uses. I'm sure she knows this. One thing is to offer the service and a whole other thing is teaching and certifying. Also in CA a person needs a Certificate of Bloodborne Pathogen Training. I'm sure she doesn't tell her students how risky it is for them to learn and perform services with these tools without a license. She just wants the money. I'm also reporting her to the BBB. Do not come here or trust her with any services. Money hungry to the core. I'm also making a YouTube video and I will blast her on TIKTOK and all social medias. You got until today to refund me! You know where to zelle me back my $500.00. Thank you
