My husband and I joined this gym a month ago, and did not expect to love it THIS MUCH! Coming from Powerlifting, I didn't think functional training was ever going to be "for me" but I wasn't motivated to go back to the normal gym, I wanted to spend minimal time working out and I wanted a way to meet people in the community being new to town. I had tried an F45 class once before in Huntington Beach, and I wasn't sold but decided to give it another shot... and I am SO glad I did!! Everyone from the members to the coaches has been super welcoming and friendly. Great functional Training! The training you get in 45 minutes most barely getting in an hour and half at a standard gym. I Highly recommend F45 if you value your time and training. The staff and members are friendly and helpful.
